My boyfriend’s little brother stuck his thumb outside the glass, and his turtle on the other side kept trying to bite it for like two minutes. Cutest thing ever.
Today was the first time I went to a Farmer’s Market in a long time. I forget how clever people are with food, and how much potential color our food can have.
I know my posts are getting sparser, but please bear with me. I’ve had so much smiles these last two weeks that I get to the point where choosing one makes it even more difficult to post. I hope everyone gets that problem one day.
Today, we visited the Eames house as an intern group, and it was an architectural beauty. I never thought I’d say this, but when the sun hit one of the glass windows and went past it, to the bookshelf in its living room, I smiled because it was a moment of clarity that I’ve yearned for in writing.
Driving on L.A. freeways at one in the morning.
The beautiful lights dance off the buildings as freeways bend over and under and around for the few cars that live.
I woke up this morning and thought, “What would you do if you weren’t afraid of anything?”
Then I went to the kitchen and had ice cream for breakfast.
